Andy has over 30 years experience in the design and build industry. Specialising in project consultancy, he has had senior roles for some of the largest businesses in the sector. Andy has a detailed understanding in how to guide clients through the fit-out process.

Mark has been in the commercial office furniture sector for over 30 years, as both a manufacturer and dealer. He has been co-ordinating specification and procurement. Mark is the founding Director of the business.
Paul has over 20 years experience working in the property and construction sectors. A former property agent, Paul brings his wide-ranging skills and relationships to specialise in business development and sales.
Mark is regarded as one the most well-connected people in the market. Acting as a conduit between professional teams, clients and Curve, Mark is all about building and maintaining long term relationships.
Head of Pre-Contracts
Russell has over 15 years experience in the D&B market as a Pre-Contracts manager working throughout the UK and Europe. Prior to this, Russell spent over 5 years within civil engineering and 5 years with a leading partitioning contractor.
Silvija’s has a background in freelance interior design working in the commercial and residential sectors. These wide-ranging skills have proved invaluable in her pre-contracts role.
Debbie has over 20 years experience as a designer within the design and build industry, now focusing on marketing, furniture and design for the Curve Workplaces team.
Head of Contracts
Heading up our contracts team, Grant oversees the contract delivery team and is responsible for ensuring that cost, quality and programme are met for every client. Grant has been in the construction and project management industry for over 30 years and has worked in Asia and Europe.
With over 30 years building and fit out experience, David is a Prince 2 qualified project manager. Working with the client on a daily basis from scheme development to completion, ensuring the project remains on schedule and budget.
Craig is a Project Manager with a career in the building and finishing industry spanning over 25 years. At Curve, Craig is responsible for overseeing client projects from start to finish, using his expertise to ensure they are completed to the highest standard.
Head of Finance and Operations
Irma has over 25 years of experience in Finance spanning various industries, she is dedicated and conscientious and was one of the first to join the original Curve team. Irma is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Sarah has over 10 years accounting experience specialing in credit control and account management. She is a pro-active problem solver, always with a smile and an integral part of the Curve team.
Over 6 years in the commercial office furniture sector. Has a keen interest in new workplace furniture trends. Working from specification to installation to find the best solution to fit the needs specific to each individual client.
Curve Workplaces was originally created as a furniture consultancy by Mark Bessant in 2006.
Working with some of the largest furniture manufacturers, Curve provided SME’s and blue- chip companies alike with considered and inspirational furniture ideas and procurement.
In 2016 Michael Potter and Andy Wilkinson joined Curve Workplaces, bringing with them over 40 years of experience in the Design & Build sector and giving Curve the ability to provide clients with inventive design, efficient construction and stylish furniture on a turnkey basis.
Since then Curve Workplaces has completed numerous projects ranging in size, complexity and budget for a variety of companies across the UK, all with the same purpose in mind; creating environments in which businesses can thrive and achieve their aspirations.
