4 year anniversary with Curve

This week we caught up with Craig Lamden, our Commercial Director, who is celebrating his fourth anniversary with the business. Craig joined us in September 2019 as a Project and Pre-Contracts Manager, with over 20 years of experience in the design and build industry. In June he was promoted to Commercial Director in recognition of his consistently outstanding work running our investor / landlord business. “There are only a few D&B companies that I have not worked for over the years.” Said Craig. “During that time, I covered all bases with experience in sales, pre-contracts, and project delivery.” “I was at Area’s London office when Andrew Wilkinson and Michael Potter were at the office in Egham. I followed them closely as soon as Curve Workplaces was born in 2016. When I was in the audience to see them win the Fast-rising Property Business at The Thames Valley Property Awards in 2019 I jumped on a LinkedIn message to Andy the next day asking him if there was any room at the inn.” “It has been a fantastic four years. Michael and Andy have allowed me to build our investor / landlord business, they are always around to give me advice yet leave me and my team to truly build a business unit which is hugely motivating.” “And around my four-year anniversary date last week we picked up another Thames Valley Property Award as Design Specialist of the Year 2023 beating a couple of those well-known large D&B businesses that I once worked for - my motivation for the next four years and beyond is sky high.” He added. “Having worked at a number of large design and build businesses in the south-east I believe that Craig has now found his spiritual home … and I for one am delighted.” Said Curve Chairman Andy. “Lambo brings commitment, a huge amount of energy, dedication and no shortage of knowledge and experience to us every day - even when he is on holiday!” Said Curve Managing Director, Michael.
