AND THAT'S A WRAP!

We are delighted to share with you the completed look following the undertaking of the extensive refurbishment of 3 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park for Spelthorne Borough Council. The focus of our scheme was the design and build of the ground floor offices, reception, and common areas – together with the creation of two new innovative entrance pods.

Guy Parkes of Vail Williams says; “As leasing agents both Vail Williams and JLL are incredibly pleased with how it's turned out. It’s truly transformational. The look, feel and layout is completely aligned with current workplace trends and fits in perfectly with the hybrid working model. The brief was to create an environment that gives small to medium sized companies the quality of space, facilities and gravitas that would have been the preserve of larger corporates. Curve Workplaces interpreted and implemented the brief perfectly.

"From the new entrance facade and arrival experience to the end of journey facilities akin to a hotel spa, the building ticks all the boxes. Feedback from prospective tenants viewing the space has been really positive.

Guy Parkes, Partner at Vail Williams went on to say, "A favourite feature of mine and visitors is the fully equipped business lounge with touches such as the ipad coffee machine sleekly rising from the breakfast bar worktop and the private zoom booths and nooks for collaborative informal meetings over a cuppa. The attention to detail from the texture of the floor coverings, the feature lighting and modern natural furniture is spot on. Well done Curve - it's a winner!”

Many thanks to those involved – Our partners on the project: Client team - Jeremy Gidman, Project Manager Mike O Hanlon at MEA Construction Consultants, MEP Consultant Ed Bowditch at McBains. Design team - Chris Kelly at Spratley & Partners and Daniel Ball, Aniket Gohil at Centrespace Design.
