Another win for Curve

We are extremely chuffed …To be one of just three finalists and subsequent winner of the Office Design Specialist of The Year at the prestigious Thames Valley Property Awards 2023.

We chose to submit a collaboration with our client abrdn at one of their prime buildings, 33 Kings Road, Reading, RG1 3AR. They specifically chose our sustainable design and build expertise to create spaces that would attract tenants by offering a terrific modern work environment. We effectively transformed the existing CAT B, through stripping out and then fitting out using the principles of the circular economy, to create a CAT A+ office space on the 1st floor, to EPC rating B.
