Completed project at Apex

We have collaborated with one of our landlord clients – Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) – at Apex, Reading as part of their on-going strategy to proactively invest in and future proof this iconic building. The focus of our work was to refurbish the 5th and 6th floors blocks A&C, providing over 30,000 sq. ft of high specification Cat A space.“ This was a particularly rewarding project to work on because we were collectively awarded 100% for a Considerate Constructors Scheme award.” Said Curve Workplaces Project Manager, Craig White. “A 45 out of 45 score is simply difficult to achieve. The independent monitor’s report particularly highlighted our proactivity in managing the community, environment, and workplace risks effectively and efficiently.” He added.
