Completed project for SAS

Many congratulations to our client SAS who have recently moved into their new workspace on the sixth floor, 10 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y4XY. We undertook an extensive Cat B fit-out for them. Our works included alterations to the existing services - mechanical, electrical, sprinklers and fire alarms systems. We also created multiple meeting rooms, open plan workstation areas, client and staff facing tea points, and new wall and floor finishes. UKI Corporate Services Manager at SAS, Neil Barnes said: “SAS are really pleased with the modern, light workspace that Curve Workplaces have provided on behalf of our landlord Royal London Asset Management. The new office is already providing our colleagues and customers a great collaborative workspace to continue to represent the SAS values by being curious, passionate, accountable, and authentic.” Jake Gibbs, Project Manager at Curve said: “The project was an enjoyable one from start to finish. All our sub-contractors completed their works to their usual high standards which produced a very high-quality end result.” Many thanks to those involved – Stephanie Garner and Neil Barnes at SAS, The Landlord Royal London Asset Management, Joint Letting Agents Peter Gray and Harriet Oury from Knight Frank and Tim Williams and Philip McKenna at BNP Paribas, and Curve Head of Pre-Contracts Russell Rints. The acquiring agent for SAS was Florence Elliott at JLL.
