Iress’s new 42,000 sq ft Cheltenham office.

Adhering to strict operating procedures enlight of Covid-19, the 18 week programme involves part CAT A, and the complete CAT B fit out of Formal Investments prestigious Cheltenham building; Honeybourne Place.The new Cheltenham office will contain a fitness suite, ‘townhall’, café area, client suite, collaboration and privacy zones, and a variety of additional working opportunities which includes a bespoke ‘high sit’ workstation setting which has become synonymous with Iress offices around the world.Cheltenham forms a trilogy of projects being delivered by Curve and forum, which also includes 9,000 sq ft of Blue Bird House in Leatherhead, and a 9,000 sq ft refurbishment of 45 King William Street, London.Mark Bradburn commented; “Its great to get all three projects underway following a 12 month process of working closely with Iress, CBRE and furniture forum.All three projects reflect elements of Iress’s values which include; Collaboration, teamwork, creativity and working productively.”Iress’s Head of Property & Facilities, Trudi Roberts, commented; “We are very excited to be on this journey with Curve and furniture forum to execute a vision of innovation, creativity and originality to provide our UK Teams with fantastic, collaborative offices ”.
