Kensington Mortgages nearing completion

Now just weeks away from completion, our 28,000 sq ft office refurbishment project for Kensington Mortgages in Ascot House, Maidenhead Office Park, is receiving great feedback from staff returning back to their newly designed workplace. Project Manager, Grant Millea has seen staff “with their smart phones out, photographing their new space.”Work on the 12-week programme has been carried out whilst the office was still in partial occupation and under strict COVID-19 safety controls. Daily temperature checks, masks and additional PPE have been the norm throughout the project.Grant explains that “we’ve worked closely with Kensington Mortgages’ IT department to meet their exacting requirements for the IT and AV components of the refurbishment.” Smart room and desk booking systems have been configured to facilitate COVID-19 safe working for staff.The concluding stages of the project, which will be completed mid-May, include furniture installation and final IT sign off.
