Legal & General project completion for Global Radio

We’ve just completed another project at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM)’s APEX; this time working with Global. Curve were engaged by Global Radio to complete the CAT B fit out alongside co-ordination works with the CAT A scheme for L&G. Home to some of the biggest radio stations across Europe, Global Radio have relocated from Theale to central Reading. The space has been designed with longevity in mind – meeting their needs today, but configurable for the future. It takes on the strong brand aesthetic, with flexibility and co-ordination at its heart with meeting rooms and furniture pods created to offer dynamic work space.Working alongside furnitureforum, we used recycled Herman Miller Abak Desks that had been refurbished and installed Orangebox’s new product Campers and Dens, which are freestanding acoustic booths.Whilst carrying out the works, we worked concurrently towards both the landlord’s and client’s specifications, which meant that Global were able to maximise savings and optimise timescales. This was further enhanced by our inherent knowledge of the property, after completing several projects in the building over the past 12 months.
