We’re on site with another CAT A&B project on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management and BARRETT & CO SOLICITORS LLP.Represented by Fryer Commercial, the Reading law firm, Barrett & Co are taking newly refurbished space at Advantage, Reading let by Vail Williams and Lambert Smith HamptonProject managed by Andy Colangelo of Oakleaf Building Surveyors, the move represents a big departure from Barrett & Co’s current working environment and they are keen to ensure that the space has a modern, open-plan layout, whilst still retaining quiet areas for privacy.
