PDC BRANDS relocation

This week we’ve started work on PDC BRANDS new offices in The Charter Building, Uxbridge.In the initial stages of the project, we worked closely with PDC Brands and their acquiring agents Knight Frank to identify suitable properties to match their requirements. The move from Southall to their new home in Landid’s Charter Building, Uxbridge will enable the company to create an environment that is befitting their style, marketplace and ambitions.With design being the key to reflecting the company’s brand, this phase was in development for over 6 months. Now in the build phase, we will be working with Knight Frank, to deliver the 10,000 sq ft project, on the 1st floor of the building over the next 7 weeks.
