We’re back on Winnersh Triangle, and this time working with Hollister Inc, a global organisation that develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products and services worldwide.Working closely with Colliers, Hollister’s property advisors, Frasers Property, Vail Williams and BNP, Hollister have chosen 1010 Winnersh Triangle as their new UK home.The Curve project team worked remotely with Hollister to guarantee that the design development and landlord approval processes were completed during the Covid lockdown period, ensuring that the original programmed start date could be achieved.The unique design capitalises on the buildings fantastic natural light and works in harmony with the chilled beam mechanical system.The meeting, training and seminar suite allows for complete flexibility and at the very centre is the breakout space which promotes communication and community.Tom Horkan, HR Manager for North Europe, commented; “We are very excited to be moving to our new home in Winnersh 1010, and have thoroughly enjoyed partnering with Curve on this project so far.
