Bovis Southern Region had moved from serviced offices to Reading using Curve Workplaces, but business growth meant they needed to relocate again. The location had to be in the heart of their territory with excellent links to the M3 and M4.
A suitable building on Chineham Business Park (Central 40) was found. The size and location fitted Bovis’ requirements perfectly. Curve had in-depth knowledge of the building and the park and was appointed to undertake the demise wall works on behalf of the landlords.
The design of the office interior has transformed Bovis’ working environment. The central informal meeting area, initially seen as a considerable risk, has been a significant success.
